RHS Track Parents – attached is the snack/sandwich schedule. As we mentioned at the parents meeting, we need you all to assist in the managing the needs of the team. We have over 80 athletes this year which will keep our coaching staff busy, thus we will need volunteers to help with concessions and snacks/food for the athletes. Nicole Spears will handle the concession volunteer schedule and I will handle the snack schedule.
Attached is the snack schedule as of today. Thanks for those who have volunteered. Once we get the schedule filled out I will send more specifics on what to bring and quantities etc. Please email me the date you would like to volunteer along with your email and cell number. Please indicate snack or sandwiches or both for the date you choose.

College Track & Field Scholarship Meeting
Parents – please see the attached flyer regarding an upcoming informational meeting on college recruiting for track and field. If your child or anyone you know has an interest in participating in track and field at the next level you should attend this meeting to learn more about the process. The meeting will be February 26, 2015 @ 7:30 pm in the RHS Cafeteria.

Track Parent Meeting Tonight @ 7pm
Parents – a reminder we will be having our annual parents meeting for the 2015 track season tonight Thursday, January 22nd @ 7pm in the RHS auditorium. Please arrive early to sign up for track meet snack volunteer list and add/delete emails to our distribution list.

Uniform Order and Practice Update
Parents – attached is the uniform order form for the upcoming season. The athletes received them last week from Coach Schultz. They are due this upcoming Friday, November 21st. Please have the athlete bring the form filled out with the correct sizes and a check for the deposit to Coach Schultz by Friday.
Also, please note after Thanksgiving Break conditioning practices will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5 pm after school.
