The Hornet Track & Field team hosted a dual meet vs. Pope on Thursday evening. The combined Varsity and JV teams completed a sweep of the girls and boys competitions.

The Hornet Track & Field team continued their early season competition, hosting a dual meet vs. the Blessed Trinity Titans last Thursday evening. The trend of unseasonably cold weather continued which created challenging conditions for the both the atheletes and spectators.
Despite the conditions, the combined Varsity and JV teams came away with victories. The girls won by a score of 77 – 64 and the boys outdistanced BT 95 – 47.
Congratulations to all who competed and thanks to all the fans and volunteers who braved the weather.

The season started on a cold and wet Saturday at the Hornet 8 Way Invitational with Roswell hosting a total of 8 teams on the Roswell High School Track.
The combined boys and girls score of 181.83 points placed the Roswell Track & Field team third overall with McEachern High School winning with 220 points. Johns Creek, Roswell, Milton, Pope, Starrs Mill, Lassiter, and Chattahoochee finished in that order behind McEachern.
