Remind Text/Email Alert Program - Revised Instructions
Parents – the previous message I sent out was not correct regarding how to sign up for the text alerts. Please download the Remind App and follow the attached instructions. I have to send it as an attachment b/c TeamPages do not all symbols and you will need to you symbols in order to enter the school code. I downloaded the App and followed the instructions on yesterday and it worked fine.

Parents – thanks to all of you who have volunteered for snack duty for the team. We are down to 1 date that we need a volunteer for snacks. Please let me know if you can do Saturday, March 26. Once I fill this date I will send out the final schedule with more details.

Parents – please see the attached volunteer schedule for snacks for the season. Several volunteered at the parents meeting. Please verify the current list is correct. There are still slots to fill. Please email me at tydyspears@aol.com
to fill the remaining dates.
Once the list is full I will send complete details on what to bring and how you will be reimbursed.

Dear Parents,
The RHS track team is offering you and your student the opportunity to get alerts via text or email about any last minute changes in our schedules or venues. Please follow these simple directions in order to receive any alerts sent out by Coach Schultz might send. Please note, you only have to be able to receive text messages, so you aren’t required to have a smartphone. You may also do this on any number of phones or email addresses.
For Text Alerts
● Open your Text Message app and type in the following number in the send box: 81010
● In the message box type in the following: (Roswellt)
● You are now signed up for text alerts
For Email Alerts
● Open your email account and open a new email to send
● Type in the following to the Sent To box: (insert the unique email address you got from Remind)
● You can leave the subject line blank if you wish
● Hit Send
● You are now signed up to receive the alerts in email

Track & Field Parents Meeting 2016 Season
Parents – track & field officially started this week. We look forward to another fun and exciting season. We will be having our season beginning Parents meeting tomorrow night h1. Thursday, January 21st at 6:30 pm in the media center at RHS.
We will provide an overview of the program for new parents and sign up for our volunteer roles.
