Announcement
Day 2 of the Girls State meet in Albany produced another school record and finals qualifying times.
Peyton Thomas set another school record in the 3200 meter run placing 9th in the state with a time of 11:15.75 improving her record set and broken numerous times this season.
Tracy Dorcemont placed 3rd in the Shot Put with a throw of 39’9.5".
Amber Lewis qualified for the finals to be run on Saturday in the 100 Hurdles and the 300 Hurdles. Morgan Green qualified for the 800 meter finals also to be run on Saturday.
Congratulations to Tracy and Peyton and good luck to Amber and Morgan in their finals races on Saturday.
