Roswell High School Track and Field

Parents – thank you for your support of our initial fundraiser. We did not get the participation we anticipated, however mother nature has not been our best ally this winter. With that, we will be launching our 2nd and final fundraiser on Monday the 17th. Each of you will receive an email link from Coach Schultz inviting you to join the effort and create an account. Creating an account is easy. All you have to do is create a password, upload the name and email of friends/family and hit the send button. We have preset everything else. You can customize your page if you choose by adding pictures and/or a personal message. Instructions are attached.

We would like at least 20 emails sent out per family if possible. The donors will be able to contribute via PayPal, credit/debit card or check. All done online.

Parents and athletes, don’t forget to visit PTS sports on Etris tonight for 30% team and family discounts on shoes and other items. PTS will have extra help tonight between 6-9 to help serve you faster and fit you properly in the racing shoe you will need this year. Most athletes will get multiple years out of their racing shoe, so take advantage of their promotion tonight.

Don’t forget to sell your cards as well. I will get another count tomorrow. Disney will not happen if this fundraiser is not successful.

Hello Team, Enjoy the day off today, get a little exercise by walking around selling those cards. When you need more come by my office. Remember those selling points and offer more than one per household because off the APP.

Parents – to kick off the 2014 track season we will be hosting a parents meeting on Thursday, January 23rd at 6:30 pm in the RHS auditorium. Coach Schultz has several key announcements and reminders regarding participation this season. We have enhanced our Track Booster Club membership this year. Our fee structure is as follows:

Gold medal- $350.00

• Athlete practice package/membership
• 2 team pullover or full zip jacket
• 2 adult tickets to the banquet
• Acknowledgement on record board
• 2 car stickers

Silver medal- $250.00

• Athlete practice package/membership
• 1 team pullover or full zip jacket
• 1 adult banquet ticket
• 1 car sticker

Bronze medal- $150.00

• Athlete practice package/membership
• This only covers our cost for the athletes plus membership dues
• Uniform/practice package includes the following:
  1 athlete banquet fee/award
  Team pullover/racing short
  1 track shirt

We will be collecting fees before and after the meeting. We look forward to seeing you next week. The 2014 schedule has been posted on our TeamPage calendar.
